Michael has an extensive track record in corporates and finance. He took over TEMAC,a manufacturer of industrial and automotive seals,from Royal Econosto and led the company with over 300 employees through diverse technology and market shifts to further professionalization and international growth. As a partner at Holland Venture, Michael was involved in numerous technology companies in Europe and beyond. His roots lie in specialty nutritional dairy-based products at Nutricia (now part of Danone). There he held various management and board positions focused on international business development, production and marketing.
Henri has earned his spurs in the management and restructuring of several medium-sized companies. He has extensive experience in corporate acquisitions and financing. Henri led his own agency in (interim) management for medium-sized investment funds in shipping and real estate. In addition to day-to-day management, this often involved far-reaching reorganisations and refinancing. Between 2005 and 2019, Henri was a member of the board of directors of Vodafone International. As an investor, Henri has been involved with companies in technical production and services.
